6 - 7pm learn dance combination and sign in
7pm auditions begin
Dance Audition will only be taught from 5-6pm on Sunday and 6-7pm on Monday. Please plan to attend these as we won't have ongoing teaching sessions.

Characters:
- Nick Bottom: Struggling writer who cannot stand Shakespeare; the older brother; writes for money and fame (tap ability) Vocal range: Tenor/Baritone A4-Eb3
- Nigel Bottom: Nick’s younger brother. Struggling writer who falls for Portia; writes from the heart Vocal range: Tenor A4-EB3
- Shakespeare: The Bard. Over the top with a huge ego/rock star of his day; the comic villain (tap ability preferred) Vocal range: Tenor Ab4-Ab2
- Bea: Nick’s wife. Dresses as a man to prove that she can be an actor Vocal range: Mezzo-Soprano D5-D3
- Portia: A young Puritan woman who loves theatre, poetry & ultimately Nigel Vocal range: Soprano F#5-G3
- Thomas Nostradamus: A soothsayer (tap ability) Vocal range: Tenor/Baritone
- Brother Jeremiah: A Puritan man. Portia’s father who thinks Nick & Nigel’s plays are sinful Vocal range: Tenor/Baritone
- Lord Clapham: A posh patron and benefactor of the theatre
- Shylock: An investor/theatre enthusiast to whom Nick and Nigel are in debt
- Minstrel: Opening of Act 1 and Act 2 solos Vocal range: Tenor
- Acting Troupe: group of actors who work with Nick & Nigel
Peter Quince, Robin, Tom Snout, Snug, Francis Flute, Minstrel - Shakespeare’s Bard boys: 4 actor/dancers
- Ensemble: various parts, dancers, etc. (very busy in the show!)
